1-What is a patch inductor element

Inductance is a component that converts current into magnetic field energy. The value of inductance indicates the ability of current to generate magnetic field. Under the same current, winding the wire into a multi-turn coil can increase the magnetic field. Adding magnetic conductive materials such as iron core into the coil can greatly increase the magnetic field. Therefore, common inductors are coils with built-in iron core.

Inductance: When the coil passes through the current, a magnetic field induction is formed in the coil, and the induced magnetic field will generate the induced current to resist the current passing through the coil. We call this interaction of the current with the coil the inductive reactance, or inductance, in Henry (H). This property can also be used to make inductor components.

2- working principle

Inductance is the ratio of the magnetic flux of the wire to the current producing the alternating magnetic flux generated around the inside of the wire when the alternating current passes through the wire. When DC current is passed through the inductor, only a fixed magnetic field line is presented around it, which does not change with time.

But when an alternating current is passed through a coil, it is surrounded by magnetic field lines that change with time. According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction -- magnetic generation of electricity, the changing magnetic field line will generate inductive potential at both ends of the coil, which is equivalent to a "new power source". When a closed loop is formed, this induced potential will produce an induced current. According to Lenz's law, the total amount of magnetic field lines produced by induced current should be tried to prevent the change of magnetic field lines. The change of the magnetic field line comes from the change of the external alternating power supply, so from the objective effect, the inductor coil has the characteristic of preventing the current change in the AC circuit. The inducTOR coil has a characteristic similar TO the INERTIA in mechanics, and is named "SELF-INDUCTION" in electricity. Usually, sparks will occur at the moment of opening or switching on the knife switch, which is caused by the self-induction phenomenon which produces a very high induced potential.

In short, when the inductor coil is connected to the AC power supply, the magnetic field line inside the coil will change with the alternating current, resulting in electromagnetic induction in the coil. This electromotive force caused by changes in the current of the coil itself is called "self-induced electromotive force". It can be seen that the inductance is only a parameter related to the number of coils, size and shape of the coil and the medium. It is a measure of the inertia of the inductance coil and has nothing to do with the applied current.

Substitution PRINCIPLE: 1. The inductor coil must be replaced by its original value (equal turns and equal size). 2, the inductance of the patch only needs to be the same size, but also can be replaced by 0 OHresistor or wire.
