1) Dirty objects;Thermal shrinkage tube material mismatch;The heat shrinkable tube falls off or becomes loose.

2) Body damage, needle black, oxidation rust.

3) The insulation layer of the painted wire falls off and the color does not match.

Specification performance of plug inductance

1) Size requirements: Whether the size does not match;Is the pin too hard or too soft?

2) Bending test requirements: Test conditions;Conduct 90° bending test for handoperated counterpins;Repeated test for 3 times, the test results are the same as before the test;No needle crack, fracture, damage, good folding performance and qualified products;(Do not perform this test if pin size is less than 15 mm).

3) Electrical characteristics: plug-in I-type inductance, impedance, Q-value factor, maximum DC resistance, rated current and other parameters do not match.Parameters that are consistent with sample identification are required.
